I didn't have a headache at all today! Praise God maybe the detox is over. It's getting easier to eat like I should, but I really want a chocolate chip cookie. Or a brownie. Or anything chocolate...
Breakfast - blueberries
Lunch - 2 eggs over medium, zucchini, grape tomatoes
Dinner - baked salmon, lemony lentils, broccoli
Snack - almond butter (just a spoonful by itself, yum!)
