Day 8,9,10 & 11 -Kim

Day 8 - Monday
B- blueberries, strawberries & walnuts
L- tomato dill soup & chicken salad over greens
D- taco salad - beef, lettuce, tomatoes. & a little cheese

Day 9
B- blueberries & walnuts
L-asian fish burger & greens - part of a tortilla
D- Very bad girl...banana cupcake & Hali brought home pizza so I ate 1 piece

Day 10
B- berries & walnuts
L- roasted turkey salad & greens
D- squash & more turkey salad

Day 11
B- EZ bread & almond butter - not suppose to have ez bread yet but out of fruit & sometimes eggs make me feel sick : (
L- turkey salad & squash
D- I am not going to mention dinner but it was lite

Heather, I'm not as hard core with it as I am in January but I am TRYING to stick with you! You are doing an amazing job. I'm sure your blood sugar is being regulated thats why the almond butter tastes so good!!! When we cut out sugars & carbs then natural foods taste so sweet. .. like a strawberry with almond butter or a baked potato 0r on Day 14 you can have sweet potatoes.
Keep up the good work - you won't regret it!!! Sorry that Hali & I have been slackers. : ) So proud of you!!!

  1. I still think you are doing a great job! And I am very thankful you are sticking with it. It really would be hard to do this alone. I didn't know you did it in January?

    I didn't realize about cutting out sweets that natural foods taste better, but you are soo right!
