I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING!
No I haven't been cheating on my diet. Just crazy crazy busy. I clearly don't remember everything I have eaten in the past 5 days...so here is the best I can do
Breakfasts:
- fried egg
- Ezekiel cereal
- bananas
- grapes
- coffee
Lunches:
- homemade salsa and tortilla chips
- guacamole
- tuna salad
- salads w/ tomato, avocado slices, goat cheese
- sliced tomato
Dinners:
- salmon and brown rice
- Ezekial cereal
- homemade salsa
- grilled chicken salads (been eating a lot of these)
- tuna salad
Snacks:
- blueberries
- watermelon
- grapes
- raisins
- plums
- bananas
- tomatoes
- hard boiled eggs
5 more days!!!!!
