Heather - Day 21

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!!!

Breakfast - applesauce
Lunch - chicken salad, pineapple, grape tomatoes
Dinner - ribeye, watermelon, green beans, edamame, grape tomatoes (and 1 bite of potato salad)

    I would suggest getting the book The Maker's Diet by Jordan S. Rubin.
    This diet is totally worth it!
